This unique blend of Pure Magnesium Oil and Organic Essential Oils of Lavender and Peppermint along with cooling Menthol is based on concentrated solution of magnesium salts (magnesium chloride, to be more precise). Directions:
- Spray on the body and massage well into the skin, ideally, after showering. Concentrate on joints, muscles, and areas of concern.
- For best results, apply to clean skin. Reapply whenever needed.
- Apply anywhere on the body, avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.
Precautions: You may experience some itchiness. This is normal and is due to low magnesium levels or salt residue. Should itchiness occur, wash it off after 20 minutes.
No one with kidney failure should use any Magnesium products. If you are on dialysis or if your doctor has issued the warnings against supplements of any kind, then magnesium oil should not be used.
