Please reach us at [email protected] if you cannot find an answer to your question below. We will get back to you during our regular business hours from Monday to Friday.

Are you using natural ingredients in your products?

Yes, we do. Our raw materials are either 100% natural or naturally-derived. We are including the full ingredients list for every product in their descriptions.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Most our products have a shelf life of 5 months. Dry powder products have a shelf life of 2 years.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, never.

Can I bring back my used empty container to you?

Due to health & safety concerns, we cannot accept that.

Do you use plastic in your packaging?

We definitely try to be as environmentally friendly as possible. However, we do use plastic containers especially for using in the bathroom to avoid injuries from broken glass. We use paper packaging for our shampoo and conditioner bars, and glass or aluminum containers for our liquid products. However, we use airless plastic containers for our lotions and creams. With airless pump bottles, the product inside the container gets dispensed completely and remains stable throughout its use. Therefore, there’s no repeated opening of the bottle and no degrading of the product.
